• Take I-25 South
• Take exit Uintah and turn left onto Uintah
• Drive east to Union and turn right (south).
• After passing Pikes Peak, turn left at next light on Parkside Dr.
• Take third turn-in on the right (you?ll see Health South Rehab main entrance to left and to the right you?ll see a concrete ramp going down to our door)

From South:

• Take I-25 and exit for Hwy 24/Limon
• Exit Union and turn left onto Union, heading north.
• Turn right at light onto Parkside Dr.
• Take third turn-in on right (you?ll see Health South Rehab main entrance to the left and to the right you?ll see a concrete ramp going down to our doorway)
